Kinetic Neighbors is a partnership between Whistlestop 210 and Rollin' Bloom to help San Antonio’s neighborhood leaders get organized, look credible, and engage more residents—whether it’s through a better website, clearer messaging, or a flyer that actually gets read. It's about improving digital accessibility and making San Antonio stronger.
